Take the Smart Pledge:

When families push back together against the pressure of screens and distractions, we make more space for strong relationships and lasting values.

By signing the pledge, you will receive an email with a simple certificate that you can print and place in open location as a gentle reminder of the commitment you have made as a family.

All information shared with Smart Families will remain confidential.

Only one parent per family needs to fill out this form.

Children's information is requested to assess the impact of our mission.

Letting parents know you have signed the pledge helps give others the courage to join and helps us all change the cultural norms of your school. Smart Families will never publicly share your name or information. If your child attends a Smart Families School, your information may be shared with the leadership of your school.
