The Body and Brain Roadmap gives teachers a new lens on behavior, showing how screen use affects the whole body, not just the brain. Students increasingly struggle with focus, emotional regulation, and coping. This session connects classroom behaviors—like inattention, fatigue, and reactivity—to underlying brain-body dysregulation. In a screen-heavy world with less movement and connection, these issues intensify, impacting learning, mental health, and overall development.
